Born in 1997, Kat Krueger grew up in Dallas, Texas. She currently resides in Southern California.

Kat is a figurative artist with an emphasis on portraiture. Her work focuses on how nature interacts with mankind. She is inspired by animals, taxidermy, plants, and conservation. She strives to chase light through her paintings, and focuses on honing technical skills to match conceptual ideas. An avid advocate for sustainability, Kat uses simple materials (such as linseed oil, natural and earth pigments, and wood panels) to create complex work.

Krueger has shown work in cities across the United States, including New York, Baltimore, Dallas, Nevada, and California. Her work resides in private collections in Toronto, California, Dallas, and Missouri.
